L.E. Myers & Co was started by Eddie Myers in 1971. The company has grown to provide a national building, shopfitting and maintenance service to companies such as Booker Cash & Carry, Makro and Woolworths. We recognise the disruption, building works can cause and have found that this is minimised by careful planning and good organisation, coupled with good customer relations.

L.E. Myers & Co. strive to provide a building, shopfitting and maintenance service beyond the expectations of our customers. To maintain this level of service in an increasingly competitive market, staff development and quality control must be continually monitored and improved. We undertake major works (link to major works) up to £1m as well as small works (link to small works) such as extensions and maintenance.

L.E.Myers & Co. undertake shopfitting projects up to £1 million in value. Additionally the company has acted as principle contractor under the CDM regulations for works in excess of this. Earlier this year, we successfully completed a major refurbishment to the Stockton-on-Tees branch of Booker Cash & Carry. The contract involved completely stripping the interior of a dis-used 47000 sq. ft. warehouse and fitting out to a standard suitable for selling food to the public. Internal works included new offices, reception, sales floor, toilets, canteen and snack bar, secure stores and cash offices, delivery area and goods in plus complete decoration. External works included new drainage, a new roof, car park, cladding and palisade fencing.
